Digital products

Our guides (21-Day Defined Abs Protocol, Healthy Recipes Manual, Weekly Fit Meal Prep Guide, Low Carb 14-Day Meal Plan) are digital products that unlock instantly in your browser as soon as payment is confirmed. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases below.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same guide (duplicate charge).
• You were charged but never received access due to a technical error on our end.
• The charge on your card doesn't match the price shown at checkout.

If any of these apply to you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at rosa.e.collazos@gmail.com with your order confirmation, and we'll make it right.

Losing access after purchase

Access is tied to the browser and device used at checkout. If you lose access after clearing your browser data or switching devices, that is not eligible for a refund — contact us instead and we'll help you regain access.
